Welcome
The Westerhoff School of Music & Art is well known for our excellent faculty who specialize in teaching music and art. We accept students as young as 4 years old, and also teach all ages, including adults.
The school was founded in September 1987. We remained at a smaller, rental location until February 2008 when we moved to our own facility at 5 Calvin Place, Metuchen. Our facility has a small recital hall and an art gallery, as well as eight teaching rooms. We began our school in September 1998 with a three person faculty which has grown to our present 23 faculty members, and continues to grow. We offer programs to everyone living in central New Jersey. At present the school is open 6 days each week and piano, stringed instruments, guitar, woodwinds, vocal, music theory, and art are taught. Sundays are reserved for special music and art programs, with free parking provided.
